Vitamin B1: Plays a vital role in several metabolic pathways that provide energy needed for body cells.
Calcium pantothenate: Essential for the formation of acetylcholine that plays a role in increasing blood supply to the skin, nourishing hair follicles and nail beds.
Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA): Precursor for folic acid formation which is important in cell reproduction, including RBC formation and protein synthesis.
Yeast: A rich source of vitamins of the B group, biotin, folic acid, amino acids, and other trace elements including zinc and chromium which are all essential for normal growth and integrity of skin, hair and nails.
L-Cystine: Promotes intense hair growth, increases the diameter of hair fibers and combats hair loss.
Keratin: A main component in the hair and nail structure protecting them against external damage.

Dosage
