The Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries,( EIPICO ). EIPICO owns 300 medicinal preparations and employs 5000 employees. It was established as a private investment company in 1980. It started production in 1985. The EIPICO plant has a U-shaped design to reduce mixing and / or contamination by providing one direction of material flow and also being surrounded by a green area as protection from the surrounding environment.
