TussipanⓇ: Your Guide to Relief

Composition

TussipanⓇ is composed of natural ingredients, including 0.7 g of dried ivy leaf extract (5-7.5:1) and 0.134g of potassium sorbate (preservative) in a 100 ml solution. Other components include anhydrous citric acid, xanthan gum, aroma, and sorbitol solution 70%. Each 2.5 ml of the solution contains 0.963g of the sugar substitute sorbitol, equivalent to 0.08 BU.

What TussipanⓇ Does

TussipanⓇ acts as an expectorant and mucolytic, providing relief for acute respiratory tract inflammation accompanied by cough.

How to Take TussipanⓇ

  • Children (6-12 years): Take 5 ml three times daily (not recommended for children under 6 years).
  • Adults: Take 5-7.5 ml three times daily.

When Not to Use TussipanⓇ

If you have fructose intolerance or a known allergy to any of Tussipan’s components, consult a doctor before starting the treatment.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Consult your doctor before taking any medication during pregnancy and breastfeeding, including TussipanⓇ.

Interactions with Other Drugs

TussipanⓇ has not shown adverse effects when taken simultaneously with other medicines.

Possible Side Effects

In rare cases, TussipanⓇ syrup may have a laxative effect due to the sorbitol content.
