Neorin (desloratadine) is an antihistamine (anti-allergic) that helps relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and watering eyes. This medication is used to treat or prevent allergy symptoms. It may also be prescribed to treat rashes, itching, and hives (urticaria). The usual dose for adults and children 12 years of age and older: 5 milligrams (mg) desloratadine once daily.
