Properties
Each 100gm of Algesal Suractive cream contains 10gm of diethylamine salicylate. Diethylamine salicylate has a great power of skin penetration ( 3 to 7 times superior to common salicylates ) and dissociates in the deep inner skin tissues into diethylamine and salicylic acid.

- Diethylamine: Provides rapid analgesic action, reliving deep seated pain.
- Myrtecaine: Surface and conduction anaesthetic, completes the deep analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of diethylamine salicylate by facilitating its penetration. Also myrtecaine has a muscle relaxant effect.
